At a public hearing on Aug. 8, the Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals approved a comprehensive permit for B’nai B’rith Housing New England’s “The Coolidge at Sudbury” affordable senior rental housing proposal. On Aug. 30the period for appealing the permit ended without incident and the permit was certified.
B’nai B’rith Housing formally broke ground Friday on The Coolidge at Sudbury, a 64-unit apartment complex for active seniors and older adults age 55 and over.
The housing project, located at the corner of Boston Post and Landham roads, is a 64-unit rental community for seniors and older adults.
Motorists driving east on Boston Post Road have noticed a new construction site on the Landham Road side, directly across from the Landham Crossing condo complex.
